Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings are free of charge up to 4 days after the booking date. Cancellations made up to 15 days before check-in are refundable at 50%. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 15 days of check-in. Open-dated Gift Cards can be transferred but are non-refundable.
In case of bad weather
For StarsBOX bookings, if heavy bad weather is forecasted, it will be possible, on the day before check-in, to postpone the stay to a later date within the same season.
